About the Artist
Born in Germany. Jonas first picked up a camera as a teenager to document his friends’ and his own love of skateboarding. After leaving school he spent a year assisting a fashion photographer before studying visual communication at the University of Arts in Berlin, which included a years study at the London College of Communication. After college Jonas developed a personal style: expressive, experimental, minimal and often conceptual that quickly saw him being commissioned by labels such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Cartier, Adidas, Moet, YSL, Lacoste, Burberry and Armani. Jonas continues to evolve as an artist with a particularly broad scope, with seminal music videos for Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem whilst also continuing to develop personal work in film and photography. Consequently, he is becoming known internationally as one of the most interesting young photographers/directors working within the industry today. He lives in Paris and is represented globally by Iconoclast for film.

BELIEVE is a photographic essay imagined by Lindstroem which reads as an elegy to our world. It asks us to recognise, to feel. Not to think, to Believe, not judge. It is to see our human connection and disconnection; our intimacy and alienation as we live amongst each other in a challenging yet extraordinary world. Designed by Nicolas Poillot and Axel Pelletanche.
