Inspired by the curved walls of the Bubble Palace by Architect Antti Lovag, John and interior stylist Laura Fulmine have teamed up to create this series for the June issue of Wallpaper* Magazine.

John has photographed the new Nike Air Max 97s for their Springtime release.

John’s shot this interiors story inspired by the shapes and colours of Sonia Delaunay for Wallpaper.

John’s been shooting for Christie’s recently. This was to promote one of their 20th Century Art auctions.

About the Artist

Born in Liverpool. He moved to Melbourne, Australia with his family aged eleven. John is largely self-taught having started to take photographs as a young teen. After attending university in Australia, he returned to the UK determined to pursue a career in photography. He enrolled at night class at the London College of Printing and began assisting an array of interior, still life and portrait photographers. Eventually branching out on his own with a skill set and knowledge to shoot confidently in any setting. John is now best known for his still life, interiors and landscapes which due to his expert use of composition, lighting and framing are effortlessly stylised and imbued with atmosphere. His first notable commission was for Orange. His work is regularly published in Wallpaper*. He lives in London.
